“The best friend whose face haunts my nightmares.” -Warhol Kaufman
Jade Theriault is a cyborg who combines provocative
thought with moving furniture. Jade was manufactured in
the California Bay and has performed at many showcases
including “Tourette’s Without Regrets” and “Critical Hit.”
They perform at The Punchline, Cobbs Comedy Club,
Tommy T's, and Delirium’s weekly show “#triviaLOL."
Festival credits include SF Sketchfest, The Art of Female
Comedy Festival (Wichita, KS), and the Westside Comedy
Festival in Santa Monica, where they were honored for
Best Joke of the Night. Jade also starred in a series of
short films produced by D. Jun Kosmos Films and was on
an episode of MTV Decoded. Most recently, Jade
featured in Malic Almaya’s “RUN!” (2018), an anti-war film
that comments on the issue of transgender inclusion in the military.
Jade Theriault conceived of J.A.D.E. in a sweaty high school piano closet, anticipating a ride home on a smaller yellow bus. This led to an 8 year exploration of comedy, visual art, music, and feelings. When not anxious, Jade thinks about the future of Artificial Intelligence.
